Oishii Wisukii 40 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky released in 2026 in a series bottled for The Highlander Inn, in a 70cl bottle at 46.3% ABV. The name means "Delicious Whisky" in Japanese, and the label shows a Highland cow in a Mad Max inspired design.
The blend is about 80% malt whisky, mostly from Diageo stocks including Clynelish, and 20% grain whisky distilled in 1975. It was finished in oak, and the outturn is 378 bottles.
It is described as showing concentrated sweetness, dark fruit and oak complexity.
