Okayama Single Malt is a Japanese single malt from the Miyashita distillery, bottled at 40% ABV. It has spent at least three years in brandy casks.
The barley comes from the Okayama region and from Germany, and the water is taken from the Asahi river, close to the distillery. Its aromas are described as refined, rich and refreshing.
