Okayama Triple Cask is a Japanese single malt from the Miyashita distillery, bottled at 43% ABV. It is the distillery's second single malt and is made from entirely local ingredients.
Its character comes from maturation in three different casks: Pedro Ximénez sherry, brandy and the rare Mizunara, a Japanese wood that is very difficult to work with.
