Old Carter Kentucky Whiskey Batch 1 (75cl, 58.8%)

This is Batch 1 of Old Carter Kentucky Whiskey, a small batch release from Old Carter Whiskey Co. in Kentucky, bottled at 117.5 proof (58.75% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. It was made for the Kentucky market. Old Carter uses state designations of this kind for expressions released for particular regional markets rather than through its national numbered batches. The Kentucky Whiskey label meets American whiskey standards without meeting the full requirements of the straight bourbon classification.
