Old Charter Oak Finest Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. The label reads "Finest Oak" and "Select Oak Barrels", pointing to the part that barrel wood plays in the texture, aroma and character of this expression.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and light baking spice. The palate is smooth and rich, with toffee, seasoned wood, brown sugar and gentle spice. The finish is warm and lingering, with oak, sweet bourbon notes and a subtle peppery depth.
