A ten-year-old wheated Colorado straight bourbon from Old Elk, bottled at 52.5% (105 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It was launched on 28 July 2026 as part of the distillery's 10-Year Collection. The mash bill is 51% corn, 46% wheat and 3% malted barley. The wheat is credited with bringing out the natural sweetness of the corn, along with soft vanilla notes from the barrel. The nose is soft vanilla over corn sweetness. The palate is smooth, with the wheat softening the profile, and the finish is smooth and well rounded.
