Old Forester 1910 Extra Extra Old is Batch 1 of the distillery's 117 Series, a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 37.5cl bottle at 46.5% ABV (93 proof).
The name looks back to 1910, when a Saturday production shutdown meant Old Forester had to finish a batch in a second barrel. That episode became the inspiration for the distillery's Double Oaked bourbon, and this release takes the idea further with extended ageing.
