Old Forester Birthday Bourbon 2018 is a 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 101 proof in a 75cl bottle. It was drawn from 120 barrels, 93 from Warehouse J and 27 from Warehouse I, all filled on 9 June 2006. The annual Birthday Bourbon marks the 2 September birthday of the founder, George Garvin Brown, and each release comes from a single day of distillation. This was the first to be bottled at the new Old Forester distillery on Louisville's Whiskey Row. Each bottle is signed by Campbell Brown, the company's president and a great-great-grandson of the founder.
