Old Forester Signature 100 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, in a 1 litre bottle. It is made with the brand's traditional high-rye mash bill.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and baking spices. On the palate come sweet corn, toffee, cinnamon, dark fruit and charred oak, with a balanced kick of rye spice. The finish is long and warm, with lingering oak, spice and vanilla sweetness.
