It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 66.75% ABV (133.5 proof), in a 75cl bottle. This one comes from a single barrel that aged on the eighth floor of Warehouse K. Old Forester's single barrel programme selects barrels from specific warehouse positions, and upper floors see greater temperature variation than lower ones. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit and warm baking spice. On the palate come brown sugar, charred oak, vanilla and rye spice, followed by a long, warm, oak-forward finish.
