Old Forester Straight Bourbon is matured in new charred American oak barrels. It is made from a mash bill that leans towards sweetness and spice, with a firm backbone of oak.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a touch of baking spice. The palate is smooth and full, with sweet corn, brown sugar, warm spice and light fruit, followed by a lingering finish.
