Old Humble Boomtown Bourbon (70cl, 45%)

Old Humble Boomtown Bourbon is a Texas bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It spent six to nine months in gallon casks, a maturation described as equivalent to five years in standard casks. The mash bill is 72% corn, 19% rye and 9% malted barley. Oak, vanilla and spice mark the nose. The palate brings caramel, butterscotch, dark ripe fruit and smoky oak, and the finish is warm and round for a 45% whiskey.
