Old Humble Special Reserve is a Texas whisky bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. Its mash bill is 90% corn and 10% malted barley.
It spent five years in used casks, followed by six to sixteen weeks in new casks.
The nose has round oak, leather and a smoky campfire. The palate brings vanilla, figs and smoky dried fruit, and the finish is soft.
