Old Perth The Original Blended Malt (46%)

A blended malt Scotch whisky made from single malts from the Glenlivet area of Speyside. It is blended in the city of Perth and bottled at 46%. The whisky matures in sherry casks. No caramel colouring is added and it is not chill-filtered. The name revives an old malt blend first developed by Peter Thomson in 1908, now made by the Morrison family as a 100% malt whisky. It is described as having sweet sherry notes and underlying spice, followed by warm dried fruits and honey-glazed cloves.
