A 28-year-old Old Rhosdhu, distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2022 by Brave New Spirits for its film noir-influenced Cask Noir series. Old Rhosdhu was made at the Loch Lomond distillery, where production of the malt ceased around 2000.
It matured in bourbon hogshead number 6 and is bottled at its natural cask strength of 48.6%, without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The notes describe mellow marzipan, stewed apples and Victoria sponge.
