Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old Bourbon (70cl, 53.5%)

Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 53.5%. It is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible, with only a little Kentucky limestone well-water added when the barrels are emptied. The colour is a rich copper. The nose is sweet and spicy, with caramel, nut and fudge aromas. The palate is fruity and medium to full in body, with intense dried fruit and toasted nuts. The finish is very long, with peppery brown spices, floral honey and charred barrel flavours.
