This is Omar IPA Cask Finish Cask Strength, a Taiwanese whisky in a 70cl bottle.
It has been finished in barrels that previously held India Pale Ale, and it is bottled at cask strength without dilution.
The flavour is citrusy and hoppy, reminiscent of a good craft beer, with juicy orange, a hint of pine and a malty sweetness. The finish is long and powerful.
