Yushan Blended Malt is a Taiwanese blended malt whisky from Nantou Distillery, which opened in 2008 and is now the second largest distillery on the island. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Nantou stands in the mountains, where the subtropical climate lets whisky mature quickly.
It is described as soft and supple, with sweet notes of bright cereals, toffee, dried fruit, pineapple and mango, and a rich flavour of light honey.
