Yushan Single Malt Sherry Cask Taiwan Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Yushan Single Malt Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt made from 100% malted barley, pot-distilled at the Nantou Distillery and matured in sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. The name is that of Yushan, or Mount Jade, the highest mountain in Taiwan. The distillery is owned by the Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Corporation, and this is the sherry-matured expression in its Signature range. Cloves, nutmeg, pepper and liquorice lead, with dates, raisins, honey and vanilla beneath.
