Ootori Pure Malt 12 Years Old is a Japanese blended malt from Mercian Corporation, the company that used to own the Karuizawa and Kawasaki distilleries.
It was finished in Mizunara oak, which adds a range of subtle spices to a rich, fruity spirit. This bottling was produced before Japanese whisky labelling standards were introduced in February 2021.
