The American oak of the bourbon barrels is described as adding vanilla, toasted coconut and caramel sweetness to the fruity, floral spirit.
The nose offers vanilla bean, green apple and pear, with floral notes and toasted oak. The palate is creamy, with butterscotch, baked apple and gentle spice, and the finish is medium, sweet and warmed by soft oak.
