Orphan Barrel Fable & Folly is a 14 year old American whiskey. It combines the last remaining stocks of earlier Orphan Barrel whiskies, namely Barterhouse, Forged Oak and various Rhetoric releases, with a proprietary blend.
The result draws on the rich, creamy character of the orphaned bourbons, with spicy notes of rye and pepper alongside.
It opens with a burst of spice, then warms gently to a creamy richness with sweet notes of syrup and fruit.
