Overeem Port Cask is a Tasmanian single malt matured in port casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is the signature expression from Overeem Distillery.
The nose is intense, with salted caramel, butterscotch, creme brulee, rum-soaked raisins, Turkish delight and plum pudding. The palate is soft and viscous, with salted caramel, toasted marshmallows, butterscotch, toffee and sweet malt. The finish is long and sweet, with hints of pudding.
