Park Banff is a Canadian rye whisky from Park Distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It blends three whiskies aged five, six and seven years, all matured in new American oak barrels.
The colour is amber-gold, with a velvety, layered mouthfeel. The nose has black currant, candied ginger and sweet baking spices. The palate is sweet, with cinnamon shortbread, toffee and caramelised sugar, and the finish is long and warming, with vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of cigar box.
