Parker's Heritage Heavy Char 10 Year Old Bourbon (60%)

Parker's Heritage Heavy Char is a 10 year old Kentucky bourbon and the 14th release in the Parker's Heritage collection. It was made from the distillery's traditional mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye. The whiskey was matured in heavy char barrels, which the distillery says bring deeper caramel and maple sweetness along with a slight smokiness. The release comes from 102 barrels that aged on the sixth floor of rick house Y. It is bottled at 120 proof (60%) without chill filtration.
