Paul John – Mithuna (75cl)

Paul John Mithuna is an unpeated single malt from the Zodiac series, named for the Indian counterpart of the third sign, Gemini. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The whisky was matured in American virgin oak casks and finished in ex-bourbon casks. Ulmo honey, vanilla and crisp toast lead on the nose. The palate brings coffee mocha, orange peel and delicate spice over active tannins and gentle oils, and the finish is long and complex, with layered sugars and delicate honey.
