Pearse Distiller's Choice is a 7 year old Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, made by Pearse Lyons Distillery.
The distillery opened its doors in 2017. Its first release, a 5 year old single malt, was the first whiskey from a new Irish distillery in more than 25 years. Single pot still whiskey followed in 2019, and the distillery keeps developing new releases and barrelling programmes.
