An Irish single malt aged for a minimum of 12 years in former bourbon barrels from Town Branch Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
Golden honey in colour, it has a nose of peaches, apples and subtle pine, with well-balanced oak and vanilla. The palate brings lemon, dried fruit, honeysuckle and crème brûlée, balanced by seasoned oak. The finish is soft and complex, with ginger, clove and a balanced sweetness.
