An Irish whiskey blending malt and grain whiskeys, aged for a minimum of 7 years in a combination of former bourbon and sherry barrels. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
Rich golden in colour, it has a nose of subtle citrus and maltiness, with a little smoke from ale barrel ageing. On the palate, green apple, light oak, caramelised pear and dried fruits mingle with sherry. The finish is rich and balanced, with stewed apple, cloves and custard.
