Peat's Beast Single Cask is a 15 year old single malt, distilled on 2 February 2010 and bottled on 21 August 2025. It was matured in a Bourbon hogshead, and 324 bottles were filled from that one cask. The nose is rich and intense, with fine spice, a little pepper and dry peat. On the palate it is softer than the nose suggests, with fresh, intense peat and bright citrus notes. The finish is long and phenolic, staying fresh and dry.
