This is a 5 year old blended Scotch whisky from the Watt Whisky series. It is made from 42% peated blended malt and 58% North British grain whisky, and matured in a mix of sherry butt and bourbon barrel. Only 618 bottles were filled. The whisky pairs dry peat with gentle sherry. Tasting notes mention toffee shortbread, ginger, vanilla cream and black cherries, with a distant touch of smoke.
