Penderyn – 12 Years Old Single Malt (46%)

Penderyn 12 Years Old is a Welsh single malt matured for twelve years and bottled at 46% ABV. It is described as the most adventurous release from the distillery so far, built around Penderyn's bright, fruity character. The age brings ripe red berries, soft vanilla and honeyed malt, with gentle oak adding warmth and balance. The nose is lively and layered, with vanilla, honey, orchard fruit, plums and oak spice. On the palate, vanilla fudge, baked apples, cherries and spiced plums come with hints of nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, red berries and toasted oak.
