Penderyn Dragon Celt is a Welsh single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled in Penderyn's Faraday still, a single-pot system, and finished in ex-peated casks, which give a soft smokiness while the fruit stays in front.
The nose offers light peat smoke, honey, crisp apple, sea mist and citrus. The palate is soft and fruity, with green apple, honeycomb, malted biscuit, vanilla and gentle earthy peat. The finish is medium, with fresh fruit, soft smoke and a gentle sweetness.
