Penderyn Icons of Wales 10 Yma o Hyd is the tenth release in the Icons of Wales series. It celebrates the anthem of the same name, sung by Welsh football fans, and is the official whisky of the Football Association of Wales.
This Welsh single malt was matured in American rye casks and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose brings tarte tatin with a hint of custard, warm spices and honey. The palate is warming gingerbread with sticky dried plums, brown sugar, oaky vanilla and gentle peppery spice. The finish keeps sweetness and spice in balance.
