Penderyn Myth is a Welsh single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 41% abv. It is matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, and it holds a Kosher certificate.
The nose is fresh and lively, with mixed citrus fruits, apple, pear drops and the faintest hint of tropical fruit. On the palate sweetness leads, then makes way for a refreshing bitterness while the mixed fruits continue to dominate.
The flavours fade gradually in the finish, leaving an impression of a light, lively whisky that is easy to drink.
