Penderyn Rich Oak is a single malt Welsh whisky from the Penderyn Distillery in Wales, in a 70cl bottle. It is the newest addition to the distillery's Gold Range.
The whisky is matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks.
The nose is rich, with warm caramel, vanilla and a hint of oak. On the palate come butterscotch, roasted nuts and a little dried fruit, and the finish is warming with a subtle oakiness.
