A Welsh single malt from Penderyn, made in the Brecon Beacons and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which give the Sherrywood Finish its rich, warming character.
The nose brings dark fruits, green apples, hazelnuts and toffee. On the palate, early sweetness gives way to a clean, refreshing dryness. The finish is long, smooth and warming, with sultanas and lingering sweet toffee.
