This is a single malt Welsh whisky from Penderyn, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose brings dark fruit and rich toffee together with green apples and hazelnuts. The palate opens with rich sweetness that gives way to a refreshing dryness. The long finish keeps sweet notes of toffee and sultana. Sherry and oak with winter spices make up the balance.
