Pendleton Canadian Whisky is a blended Canadian whisky, distilled and matured in Canada from Canadian grain. It is cut with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood in Oregon.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla, honey and butterscotch and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is smooth and slightly sweet, with warm fruit, caramel, vanilla and gentle spice. The finish is clean and mellow, with lingering sweetness and light spice.
