Pendleton Canadian Whisky (175cl)

Pendleton Canadian Whisky is a blended whisky made as a tribute to the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo, here in a 1.75 litre bottle. It is distilled and aged in Canada from northern grains, then taken to Hood River, Oregon, where it is cut to proof with glacier-fed spring water from Mount Hood. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, clover honey, butterscotch, biscuit dough and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate caramel and honey lead, with baked apple, pear, rye bread and light baking spice. The finish is short to medium and clean, with gentle warmth, light oak and a touch of sweet corn.
