A straight bourbon from Penelope, made from a four-grain mash bill. The Toasted Series explores different expressions of that signature whiskey.
After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, the bourbon is moved into a new, freshly toasted barrel to finish. Each batch is put together individually, so its flavour differs from one release to the next.
