Penelope Four Grain Bourbon (40%)

Penelope Four Grain is a straight bourbon whiskey made in a four grain style and bottled at 40% ABV. Wheat gives it a softer mouthfeel, while the malted grain adds structure and depth. The nose is caramel, vanilla, honey, toasted oak, soft grain and light spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, with sweet corn, vanilla, caramel, baking spice, soft wheat and gentle rye spice. The finish is clean and mellow, with lingering vanilla, oak and caramel sweetness.
