Penelope Toasted Barrel Finish Rye Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Penelope Toasted Barrel Finish is a straight rye whiskey made from 100% rye and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in charred new American oak, then finished in freshly toasted barrels. It belongs to the Toasted Series, in which each barrel brings its own variation of char and toast. The second finish adds deep, rich vanilla notes to the rye character of the Penelope style.
