Penelope Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 47.5%)

Penelope Wheated Straight Bourbon is made from a four-grain mash bill with a higher proportion of wheat, and bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for four to six years and is non-chill filtered. The wheat gives a softer, sweeter profile. On the palate there is vanilla, honey, caramel apple and a hint of orange zest, followed by a lingering finish of brown sugar, toasted oak and gentle cinnamon spice.
