A cask strength bourbon from Pinhook, the 2021 release of its High Proof Bourbon Heist and the return of the purple wax bottle. It is bottled at 119.9 proof, or 59.95% ABV, from a mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley.
The nose is warm, with candied peaches, mango and Ceylon cinnamon. On the palate come baked nectarine, papaya and dark maple.
