Cantina Roveré della Luna Aichholz Pinot Nero Rosé Alto Adige DOC is a pale, bright pink rosé with salmon reflections.
It has delicate aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals and subtle herbaceous notes, supported by fresh acidity. The body is slender but balanced, with a clean, slightly savoury finish.
It pairs easily with fish dishes, summer salads, light starters and lightly seasoned white meats, and also works as an aperitif. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in a wide glass.
