A single cask rum from Belize, distilled in 2015 and finished in cherry liqueur casks. It is made from molasses by Travellers Liquors Limited.
It aged for six years in American bourbon casks, then one year in Ferrand casks and one year in cherry liqueur casks. Dosage is 8 g/l.
The nose shows spiced cake with sour cherries, molasses, chocolate notes and a trace of pipe tobacco. The palate has spiced cake, chocolate, fruity sweetness and preserved cherries.
