An aged rum from Rum & Co. of Fiji, distilled from molasses in a column still and bottled at 45.3% ABV in a 700 ml bottle.
It was aged for four years in bourbon barrels in the country of origin, then finished for five months in Ferrand casks and seven months in coffee liqueur casks. The cask number is 7.
The nose has subtle coffee aromas, toffee, condensed milk and apple compote. The palate closely follows the nose.
