It comes from a small, specially selected batch of refill American oak hogsheads. The style is coastal and peaty.
The nose is herbal, with mint, smoked tea leaves and pine, alongside almonds, tropical fruits and vanilla. On the palate there are orange peel, custard and cinnamon, with salty, savoury notes.
