Port Askaig Sherry Cask is an Islay single malt that pairs classic peat smoke with the richness of Oloroso sherry. It is bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured only in sherry butts from the Spanish cooperage José y Miguel Martín. This is a small batch, made up of just 20 Oloroso sherry butts.
It is a fuller, sherry-led style of Islay whisky, with smoky character alongside a complex sherry influence.
